Mary Kelly

Mary Kelly
Growing up in Cork city, Ireland, Mary never dreamed that she’d be hosting a Celtic music show but it’s been nineteen years now and she’s still going strong!  Along with her co-hosts Bob, Kevin and Devon, she brings the music of Ireland, Scotland and beyond to the listeners on Sunday’s Hornpipe.  “Hearing a response from someone who happened to find us on the airways about a particular tune or song is always a delight to me and makes me feel so lucky to be doing this.”

When not at KBCS playing the reels and songs, Mary can be found enjoying some Irish set-dancing, zumba, choral singing, and traveling to Ireland, Canada, and more recently, Guatemala.
