KBCS Coverage Map

Support in part provided by the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation

On March 15th, KBCS began broadcasting from our new location high atop Cougar Mountain.

At 1400 feet above sea level, our signal coverage area has increased over 40%, reaching more than 2.5 million listeners across the Puget Sound. KBCS can now be heard as far east as Fall City, as far south as Tacoma, west to Poulsbo and the Kitsap Peninsula, and north up to Everett.

If we’re coming in clearer than ever before, that’s why. ┬áIf this is your first time listening to us, welcome to A World of Music + Ideas!

We’d love to hear from everyone tuned into the “new” 91.3 fm. Take our quick survey and let us know…

How Do We Sound?

  • How well are you receiving our signal at home?
  • What's your home Zip code?
  • How well are you receiving our signal where you usually listen when you are not at home?
  • What's the zip code where you listen away from home?
  • How do we sound on your car radio? It might be better in some places and worse in others. But overall, how has the listening experience on your usual route(s) changed.
  • Anything you'd like to tell us?
